Tour Details

The Elqui Valley is renowned for its high-quality ingredients. After pickup at your hotel in La Serena, we will begin our journey to taste authentic pisco.

Our first stop will be Pisquera Capel, a cooperative of over 1000 farmers from the Atacama and Coquimbo regions. Here, we will take a guided tour of the facilities and learn about the production process of pisco.

Next, we will visit Cavas del Valle Organic Winery in the semi-arid terroirs of Elqui Valley. We will tour the vineyard and conclude with a tasting of one of their finest wines.

We will then proceed to Guayacán Brewery in Diaguitas, where we will explore the world of craft beers and enjoy a tasting of their notable selections.

Finally, we will have a Chilean lunch at a local restaurant before returning to La Serena. The entire experience lasts approximately 7 hours, with drop-off at your hotel.
