Do you want to discover Cordoba's typical flavours? On this cheese and wine tour, you'll get the chance to taste four varieties of each delicacy and even choose the best combination.

Cordoba Cheese & Wine Tour

We'll meet at the scheduled time in the Plaza de la Corredera. From here we'll walk through the centre of Cordoba to reach the tasting venue. After we sit down, we'll be presented with a board of the best artisan cheeses, tasting four different types: blue cheese, Comté cheese, cured sheep's cheese, and semi-cured sheep's cheese with paprika. These will be classified according to milk type, fat content, maturity, and texture.

Once we have tasted the Cordovan cheeses, we'll take on the challenge of pairing them with wines. We'll sample a red wine, an oloroso, a vermuth, and a sweet Pedro Ximénez.

The tour lasts one hour and 45 minutes, concluding at the tasting venue next to Cordoba's Town Hall.
