On this hiking adventure through Talampaya National Park, you'll have the opportunity to explore the Lost City and/or Rainbow Canyon.

Description

During the booking process, select from one of the following hiking routes in Talampaya National Park. Each hike includes transportation from the meeting point and a Spanish-speaking guide, beginning at Águila Base.

All three routes are moderately difficult, with varying durations:

Lost City (3 hours)

Depart from the meeting point to the Lost City of Talampaya, where you'll embark on a 1 hour 45 minute hike. This exploration will showcase remarkable geological formations in Talampaya National Park, within the province of La Rioja, Argentina.

Rainbow Canyon (4 hours)

After pickup at the meeting point, head to one of Talampaya National Park's gorges. At the trailhead, begin a 1 hour and 15 minute hike to Rainbow Canyon. This canyon is known for its colorful rock formations, with diverse colors resulting from various natural factors.

Lost City and Rainbow Canyon (4.5 hours)

This combination tour lasts a total of 4.5 hours and allows exploration of both itineraries. The hike will span 1 hour and 45 minutes, first visiting Rainbow Canyon and then proceeding to the Lost City of Talampaya.
