As the moonlight bathes the landscape, join us on this night tour of the Talampaya National Park, one of La Rioja's protected areas.
Description
We will meet at the Talampaya Canyon Operation Center to start our moonlit adventure through La Rioja's natural reserve.
The night tour of the Talampaya National Park features views of colossal cliffs, reaching heights of 170 meters (557 feet), with reddish sandstone formations illuminated by the moon, providing stunning photo opportunities.
This easy-going hike will cover a segment of the Talampaya Canyon, climbing to a maximum elevation of 1300 meters (4,265 feet). In this remote area of Argentina, far from artificial light, you will enjoy a crystal-clear view of the stars and other celestial wonders.
During our hike, we will explore various nocturnal species inhabiting this arid ecosystem, highlighting the park's remarkable biodiversity.
After approximately 3 hours, we will conclude the tour and return to our original meeting point.
