Description

At the indicated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Valdivia to start this excursion to the Alerce Costero National Park. We'll begin by boarding a boat to the town of Corral.

During the 30-minute trip, we'll discuss the flora and fauna present in Alerce Costero, focusing on the alerce, a thousand-year-old tree featured on the Renovales de Alerce trail. This tree is one of the longest-living trees in the world.

We will walk along 3 trails in total: 2 within the national park and 1 at Chaihuín beach, where we will have a picnic with local products, biscuits, and nuts, with views of the Pacific.

After the break, we'll return to the boat for the trip back to Corral. We will then drive back to your hotel in Valdivia. The entire day trip lasts between 9 and 11 hours.
