Charles Chaplin spent his last years in Corsier-sur-Vevey, Switzerland. Chaplin's World is a center featuring a museum and multimedia spaces dedicated to his life and work.
The main attraction is the Manoir de Ban, a 500-square-meter (5,400-square-foot) mansion showcasing furniture and personal objects of the actor. Visitors will learn about Chaplin's daily life during his last 25 years in Switzerland.
The ticket also provides access to a recreation of an early 20th-century movie studio, featuring montages of Chaplin's life and work, objects related to film history, and a set from the silent film Charlot's Easy Street.
Additionally, Chaplin's World includes picturesque 10-acre gardens, offering views of Lake Geneva and the Alps.
Opening Times
Chaplin's World is open every day of the year from 10 am to 5 pm, with seasonal variations in opening times. The ticket office closes at 4 pm.
