Cozumel Chocolate Workshop

In this chocolate workshop in Cozumel, participants will learn about the origin, uses, and properties of cacao. The experience includes tasting different types of cacao and pairing them with red wine.

At the selected time, attendees will meet at a designated point on the Carretera Costera Sur. From there, the group will walk to a terrace in Cozumel with ocean views to engage in a chocolate workshop.

During the workshop, participants will explore the origins of cacao and the ancient techniques used by the Mayas and Aztecs to create cacao bars. Attendees will also have the opportunity to make their own chocolate bar using traditional methods. The experience includes a tasting of various types of cacao paired with red wine, providing an intense mix of flavors.

In addition, the workshop will cover the culinary uses of cacao beyond sweets, including a tasting of a chocolate martini as a concluding experience.

After two hours of exploring cacao flavors, the workshop will conclude.
