In this chocolate workshop in Cozumel, participants will learn about the origin, uses, and properties of cacao, an important product in the indigenous Mexican community. The experience includes tasting different types of cacao and enjoying red wine pairings.

Upon arrival at the selected time, the group will meet at the established point on the Carretera Costera Sur and walk to a terrace with ocean views to begin the chocolate workshop.

During the workshop, participants will explore the origins of cacao and the ancient techniques utilized by the Mayas and Aztecs for cacao bar production. Attendees will have the opportunity to create their own chocolate bar using traditional methods. The session includes a tasting of various types of cacao paired with red wine, enhancing the flavor experience.

Additionally, participants will discover cacao's uses beyond confections by sampling a chocolate martini. The workshop lasts for two hours, concluding with a celebration of the various cacao flavors experienced during the session.
