Cozumel Chocolate Workshop

At your selected time, we'll meet at the established point on the Carretera Costera Sur. From there, we'll walk to a terrace in Cozumel with ocean views, where we'll participate in an exciting chocolate workshop.

During the activity, we'll learn about the origins of cacao and discover the ancient techniques used by the Mayas and Aztecs to make bars of cacao.

As part of the workshop, you'll be able to make your own chocolate bar using traditional methods. Later, we'll have a tasting of several types of cacao paired with red wine.

We'll also taste a chocolate martini to explore the use of cacao outside of confectionery.

After two hours of enjoying different flavors of cacao, the workshop will conclude.
