In this chocolate workshop in Cozumel, we'll learn about the origin, uses, and properties of cacao. You'll taste different types of cacao and enjoy red wine pairings.

Cozumel Chocolate Workshop

At your selected time, we'll meet at the established point on the Carretera Costera Sur. From there, we'll walk to a terrace in Cozumel with ocean views, where we'll participate in an exciting chocolate workshop.

During the activity, we'll learn about the origins of cacao and discover the ancient techniques used by the Mayas and Aztecs to make cacao bars.

As part of the workshop, you'll make your own chocolate bar using traditional methods. Later, we'll have a tasting of several types of cacao paired with red wine.

We'll also discover the use of cacao outside of confectionery by tasting a chocolate martini as a finishing touch.

After two hours of exploring the flavors of cacao, the workshop will conclude.
