Why Learn to Surf in Cozumel?

The adventure begins with a pickup at your hotel in Cozumel or the cruise ship terminal. Participants will go to Playa Bonita in the south of the island to catch the best waves. A theoretical session on the sand will familiarize you with the surfboard. Techniques and postures will be covered before heading to the water. Instructors will guide you on how to sit on and maneuver the board.

After learning how to catch waves, participants will practice standing up and maintaining balance as well as falling safely. The course lasts for 3 hours, concluding with a return to your hotel.

Number of Classes

When booking your surf course in Cozumel, you can choose from one, three, or five lessons. For those selecting the three or five-lesson options, the first lesson will occur at your scheduled time, with the remaining classes organized with the instructor on the day of the first lesson.
