Meeting at the 2.9-mile (4.8-kilometer) mark on Costera Sur Road, this workshop will highlight the true essence of Mexican culture.
The workshop starts with a practical class where you will learn to prepare three types of tacos: crispy dorado tacos covered in tomato sauce, sour cream, and cheese; cochinita pibil tacos served with chopped onion; and tacos de guisado, known as the king of tacos.
At the end, you will taste your creation, savoring each bite that symbolizes the heart of Mexican culture! Additionally, participate in a tequila tasting to learn how to distinguish various types of this distilled beverage.
This 2.5-hour workshop explores the flavors, aromas, and textures that make Mexican cuisine recognized worldwide. The activity will conclude with farewells.
