Bernal and Tequisquiapan Day Trip

Explore the town of Bernal and climb one of the world's largest monoliths. You'll also visit the village of Tequisquiapan and discover its traditional handicrafts.

Bernal and Tequisquiapan Day Trip

At 7:40 am, we will meet in Mexico City and board a minibus to travel to Bernal. After a two and a half hour journey, we will arrive at the Peña de Bernal, the third-largest monolith in the world.

Upon arrival, you will have free time to visit the Peña de Bernal. You can climb this solidified lava formation and explore the village of Bernal, where you can also get lunch.

After lunch, we will head to the village of Tequisquiapan, known for its beautiful handicrafts. You will walk through its streets and discover local craftsmanship, including clay, ceramics, silver, opals, basketry, and textiles. You are likely to find a unique souvenir to take home.

Following our visit to Tequisquiapan, we will return to Mexico City on the minibus, arriving by around 6 pm.
