Day Trip to San Miguel de Allende + Hot Springs

Fall in love with the colonial charm of San Miguel de Allende, a city in the state of Guanajuato, famous for its colorful streets and historic buildings.

San Miguel de Allende Day Trip

We'll meet at 5:30 am at Hotel Benidorm in Mexico City to begin our day trip to San Miguel de Allende. The journey by minibus will take approximately four hours.

Upon arrival, we'll visit the La Gruta thermal spa, where you can enjoy 5 hours in the outdoor medicinal pools and the underground cave water at your leisure, with temperatures reaching 40 degrees Celsius.

After the spa, we'll explore the historic center of San Miguel de Allende, a World Heritage City. Major sites include the Church of St. Michael the Archangel, Casa del Mayorazgo de la Canal, and the Temple of San Francisco with its baroque, rococo, and churrigueresque styles.

Next, we'll visit the handicraft market featuring stalls with wool, quarry, papier-mâché, glass, ceramics, and stone items for souvenirs.

You will have an hour of free time for further exploration and lunch at a local restaurant.

Finally, we'll return to Mexico City, with an expected arrival back at the meeting point by 11 pm.
