Freixenet Winery & Wine Tasting + Cheese tasting in Cava Bocanegra

Embark on an excursion to Bernal, exploring one of Mexico's Magical Towns on a comprehensive tour with a wine tasting at the renowned Freixenet winery.

Description

At the scheduled time, we will pick you up from the meeting point you selected during booking. From there, we’ll travel from Mexico City to the state of Querétaro.

First, we'll visit Tequisquiapan, with about an hour and a half of free time to explore its colorful streets and local handicraft shops.

Next, we'll go to the Bocanegra Cheese Cellar for a detailed explanation of the cheese aging process lasting about an hour and a half, followed by a tasting of five cheeses paired with a glass of wine.

Then, we’ll visit the Freixenet vineyards, where we will tour the facilities and learn about the winemaking process. We will also visit their cellar, the deepest in Latin America at 25 meters (82 feet).

After a tour of about an hour and a half, we'll enjoy a glass of sparkling wine to conclude the visit before returning to the starting point, arriving approximately 15 hours later.
