Teotihuacán, Guadalupe Basílica & Tlatelolco Day Trip
After meeting at your selected meeting point in the center of Mexico City, we will begin our 8.5-hour tour of significant sights in the capital.
Our first stop will be Tlatelolco, an archaeological site that was part of the capital of the Aztec empire. We will visit the Plaza de Tres Culturas, where the Aztec pyramids, the viceroy's convent, and modern architecture coexist.
Next, we will head north to Villa Guadalupe, a major pilgrimage site, where we will visit the current Guadalupe Basilica and the old basilica, spending approximately an hour and a half at these sites.
We will then visit Teotihuacán: Mexico's most visited archaeological site. A stop for lunch at a local restaurant will be included. Afterwards, we will explore the Road of the Dead, including the Quetzalpápalotl Palace and Quetzalcoatl Temple, with some free time to explore the site on your own.
The tour will conclude back in Mexico City.
