Climb aboard your hot air balloon accompanied by an expert qualified pilot who will inform you of key safety procedures so you'll enjoy the hot air balloon experience as much as possible.

You'll be able to fly over the Teotihuacán Valley during 45 minutes or an hour, taking in the spectacular views over the archaeological site with a soundtrack of romantic music. The Avenue of the Dead, the Temple of Quetzalcoatl, the Pyramid of the Moon... you'll have ancient Mexico at your feet!

For the finishing touch upon landing, you'll be handed a glass of sparkling wine to toast to an unforgettable experience, and you'll enjoy a delicious buffet breakfast at the La Higuera restaurant. What's more, you'll be presented with a certificate of your flight experience—the perfect souvenir!

Back on solid ground, you'll have two hours of free time to explore Teotihuacán on foot. You'll then be returned to Mexico City after a total of 8 hours.

We recommend that you reserve your ride on the first day you have available, and this way, if the weather conditions are not suitable for the flight, there is time to reschedule for another day.Please also keep in mind that the route may change depending on the wind, so it's possible that on the day of the activity, we won't be able to fly over the ruins of Teotihuacan.The price is valid for people weighing up to 99 kg (218 lbs). If this weight is exceeded, 30 USD will be charged for each extra kg, to be paid directly at the take-off point.If the flight cannot take place due to adverse weather conditions, a refund will be made minus 420MXN per passenger for ground transportation.The balloons are not overloaded, so you'll travel comfortably and safely.

How it Works?

You will begin your day by meeting your guide at the Angel of Independence monument in Mexico City before heading to the takeoff area by car or minibus. Once at the launch site, a coffee will be available while waiting for your hot air balloon to be prepared. You will receive safety instructions from a qualified pilot before embarking on your flight over the majestic Teotihuacán Valley, lasting between 45 minutes to an hour. Enjoy breathtaking views as you glide over iconic landmarks such as the Avenue of the Dead and the Pyramid of the Moon, accompanied by soft music. Following your flight, toast with sparkling wine and indulge in a buffet breakfast at La Higuera restaurant, after which you will have a couple of hours to explore the archaeological site at your own pace. The experience concludes with your return to Mexico City, completing a total journey of 8 hours.
