Discover Valle de Bravo, a town located on the shores of Lake Avándaro with many sights to see.
Valle de Bravo Day Trip
At the indicated time, we'll meet in the center of Mexico City to board a minibus and set off for Valle de Bravo. The journey takes two and a half hours, after which we will explore the town's emblematic places.
We will begin our day at the Carmel Maranatha house of prayer, a convent of the Carmelite Order, where we will learn about this monument and the Carmelite faith.
Next, we will visit the Velo de Novia Natural Park to see its waterfall and ascend to a 30-metre high viewpoint for scenic views.
Afterward, we will spend 1.5 hours on the shores of Lake Avándaro for lunch on our own while enjoying spectacular views.
With our batteries recharged, we will visit the Cristo Negro, a main attraction in Valle de Bravo. The guide will share legends surrounding this iconic symbol of the city.
At the end of the trip, we will return to Mexico City, arriving after a total of 11 hours.
