At the indicated time we'll pick you up from your hotel and start this complete tour of Cuenca, in which we'll visit the great tourist attractions of the so-called Athens of Ecuador.

We'll start the tour at the Turi viewpoint, from where you can get the best views of Cuenca. While we're there we'll also visit the workshop of one of the most famous ceramists in the country, the Eduardo Vega Gallery.

Next, we'll walk along the Barranco, along the River Tomebamba, to see the hanging houses and the Broken Bridge. After this stroll, we'll head to the Pumapungo Museum, which focuses on anthropology, archaeology, ethnography, art, documentation and audiovisuals.

Next stop: a Panama hat factory to learn about the process of making these hats from toquilla straw, with options ranging from simple designs to more elaborate ones.

Afterwards, we'll take you to the historic centre of Cuenca, declared a Unesco World Heritage Site. Here, you can enjoy a delicious Ecuadorian lunch in a local restaurant. Then, we'll visit the San Francisco market and the Plaza de las Flores.

We'll then go to Abdon Calderon Park, where we'll see the Old Cathedral next to the New Cathedral, one of the largest churches in Latin America.
