At the planned time, we'll pick you up from your hotel and take you to start this Ecuadorian cooking class. Our culinary experience begins with a visit to a market to select fresh ingredients from local farmers. After acquiring the necessary food items, we'll go to a local family's home to learn traditional recipes from Cuenca.

Inside the kitchen, the chef will guide us in preparing dishes such as locro de papas (potato soup), seco de pollo (chicken stew), empanadas, and fritadas. Vegetarian options are available.

After the cooking class, we will sit down to taste the typical flavors of the country's gastronomy. We will complete the activity by returning you to your hotel in Cuenca three hours later.
