We'll pick you up at your hotel in Cuenca at the scheduled time to commence this journey to the Girón waterfall and Busa Lake. This route spans from the fertile Tarqui Valley to the cloud forest. The adventure begins with a scenic drive through the Tarqui Valley, notable for its cattle ranching and greenery. Our first stop is at a significant historical site relevant to Ecuador's independence struggle, where you can explore the country’s history amidst Andean views.

Next, we visit the Girón waterfall, set in a wooded area rich with bromeliads, orchids, and mosses. A 20-minute walk leads us to the waterfall, where you can enjoy a refreshing dip in its waters.

Following this, we proceed to Busa Lake, where a brief walk along its shores offers panoramic lagoon views and fresh air, allowing you to appreciate Ecuador’s natural beauty.

A lunch break follows before we head back. Seven hours after our departure, we return to Cuenca, concluding a day filled with nature's diverse contrasts.
