Europe's Longest Urban Double Zipline
If you're a real adventurer, the Las Hoces Zipline in Cuenca offers a memorable experience. At a height of 120 metres (395 feet), it allows you to fly over the impressive countryside in the Huecar Gorge and enjoy views of this Spanish city. The Cuenca Zipline spans 445 metres (1460 feet) from the Castillo neighbourhood to the Parador Nacional de Turismo de Cuenca, reaching speeds of around 70 km/h (45 mph). It descends 65 metres (210 feet) at a 15% incline, providing a combination of views and an adrenaline rush.
How Does It Work?
Safety equipment will be provided along with a brief safety briefing. For 40 seconds, enjoy a bird's eye view of Cuenca's historic town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where you can see the Hanging Houses and San Pablo's Bridge. This is a double zipline, allowing you to share the experience with a friend or loved one.
Requirements
To participate, you must weigh between 35 -120 kg (77-265 pounds) and be 1.2-2.15 meters (3 ft 10 in-7 ft) tall. Individuals with reduced mobility should indicate this when booking.
Minors
Minors can join the zipline if accompanied by an adult and with a signed authorization form from a parent or guardian.
