On this fun tubing activity down the Negro River, we'll have a blast in one of the main rivers of the beautiful Rincón de la Vieja National Park!
Tubing on the Negro River
At the time of your choice, we'll meet at Hotel Hacienda Guachipelin. From this lodging in Rincon de la Vieja National Park, we will go on horseback to the Negro River.
After a short route through lush forests, we will arrive at the riverside area, where we will put on helmets and life jackets. The instructor will explain safety rules, and then we will start tubing down the Negro River!
The tubes are individual inflatable rafts that allow us to float safely down the river current. We will travel an exciting 3-mile (5 km) stretch of class II and III rapids.
During the tour, we will enjoy the scenery of the Rincon de la Vieja National Park, known for its lush vegetation and biodiversity.
After tubing, we will return on horseback to the meeting point, arriving an hour and a half later.
