On this tubing activity down the Negro River, we'll enjoy one of the main rivers in Rincón de la Vieja National Park.

Tubing on the Negro River

At your chosen time, we'll meet at Hotel Hacienda Guachipelin. From this lodging in Rincon de la Vieja National Park, we will travel on horseback to the Negro River.

After a short ride through forests, we will arrive at the riverside area, where we will put on helmets and life jackets. An instructor will explain safety rules before starting tubing down the Negro River.

The tubes are individual inflatable rafts that allow safe floating down the river current. We will cover an exciting 3-mile (5 km) stretch of class II and III rapids.

Throughout the tour, we will appreciate the scenery of Rincon de la Vieja National Park, known for its lush vegetation and great biodiversity.

After tubing, we will return on horseback to the meeting point, arriving an hour and a half later.
