Lunch or Dinner at Pachapapa
The cuisine of Cusco reflects tradition and reverence for Mother Earth or Pachamama. The Pachapapa restaurant, specializing in Cusquenian cuisine, brings forth culinary heritage through dishes passed down through generations.
Utilizing a wood-fired oven and rustic clay pots within an old mansion in the San Blas neighbourhood, Pachapapa offers a unique dining experience. A variety of typical Cusquenian dishes are available, including ají de gallina, ceviche, causa, and chicharrones. Signature meals from the clay oven feature guinea pig, suckling pig, and beef oxtail stew. Additionally, homemade pizzas are part of the menu.
