Peruvian Cooking Class

At the scheduled time, we'll meet at Plaza Regocijo, in Cusco, to start this Peruvian food experience.

Our first stop is a local market, where we'll taste various fruits, breads, and cheeses typical of the region. We'll browse the vibrant stalls, selecting the best ingredients for our cooking workshop.

Next, we'll head to the kitchen to prepare three Peruvian dishes and a pisco-based drink. During the class, we will learn about the ingredients and traditional techniques that make Peruvian cuisine notable worldwide.

You can choose from the following dishes:

Quinoa with huancaína sauce: quinoa salad with avocado and mango, accompanied by a yellow chili sauce, nuts, milk, and cheese.Stuffed Rocoto: chili stuffed with meat, onion, peas, carrots, peanuts, and raisins.Ceviche: prepared with fish, lemon juice, onion, celery, ginger, and sweet potato.Lomo saltado: a dish with meat, rice, onion, tomato, and soy sauce.Pisco sour: can be the traditional lemon-based preparation or a passion fruit variation.

If you have any food preferences or special dietary needs, inform us when you book, and we will accommodate you.

After approximately 4 hours of cooking, you'll have learned to make authentic Peruvian dishes to impress friends and family at home!
