10-Day Tour of Senegal

Mangroves, traditional villages, port towns, and even a pink lake are some highlights of this 10-day tour of the Petite-Côte and Casamance. We'll enjoy a route along the west coast of Senegal.

10-Day Tour of Senegal

Day 1: Pink Lake

Upon landing at Blaise Diagne International Airport, we will drive to the Lac Rose, where we'll spend our first night at a nearby hotel.

Day 2: Lac Rose - Faoye

After breakfast, we will visit Pink Lake (Retba), observe the salt pans, and have the option to swim. Later, we will head to the village of Faoye for dinner and overnight at a camp.

Day 3: Faoye - Ziguinchor

On the third day, we will travel to Ziguinchor, visiting a Serer village along the way. Dinner and overnight will be at a hotel in Ziguinchor.

Day 4: Ziguinchor - Oussouye

After breakfast, we'll explore Ziguinchor, learning about its history. In the evening, we will head to Oussouye for dinner and rest.

Day 5: Oussouye - Mlomp - Carabane

Post-breakfast, we will explore Oussouye and visit Mlomp before heading to Carabane Island for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6: Carabane - Seleki

We will explore Carabane and take a boat ride to view rice fields before reaching Seleki for the night.

Day 7: Seleki - Kaolack

After visiting Seleki, we will travel to Kaolack for dinner and overnight.

Day 8: Kaolack - Salum - Faoye

After breakfast, we'll tour Kaolack and visit the Salum Delta. We will end the day resting at a camp in Faoye.

Day 9: Faoye - Fundiougne - Marlodi

We will explore the Salum Delta, visiting Fundiougne and the Niominka people, concluding the day at Marlodi for dinner and rest.

Day 10: Marlodi - Joal-Fadiouth - Dakar

We will enjoy Marlodi before visiting Joal-Fadiouth and finally heading to Blaise Diagne International Airport for your flight home.
