9-Day Trip to Syria & Lebanon

On this 9-day trip across Syria and Lebanon, we will visit the best spots in these Middle Eastern countries, starting in Damascus and ending in Beirut.

Trip Details

Day 1: Damascus

Upon arrival at Damascus Airport, assistance with entry procedures will be provided, followed by transfer to the hotel in the city.

Day 2: Damascus

The tour begins with visits to the National Archaeological Museum, Al-Azm Palace, the Mausoleum of Saladin, and the Umayyad Mosque. Additional stops include Straight Street, Saint Ananias House, Chapel of Saint Paul, and the local souqs, before returning to the hotel.

Day 3: Damascus - Maaloula - Krak des Chevaliers - Homs

After breakfast, depart for Maaloula, known for its rock-carved houses and where Aramaic is spoken, followed by a visit to Krak des Chevaliers. The night will be spent in Homs.

Day 4: Homs - Palmyra - Hama

Breakfast at the hotel precedes a trip to the Palmyra ruins, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where we will explore several renowned archaeological sites. The night will be spent in Hama.

Day 5: Hama - Aleppo

After breakfast, visit the operational wooden waterwheels in Hama, then head to Aleppo for an overnight stay.

Day 6: Aleppo - Damascus

Explore Aleppo, including its Citadel and Great Mosque, then return to Damascus for the night.

Day 7: Damascus - Anjar - Baalbek

After breakfast, cross into Lebanon to visit Anjar and its Umayyad ruins, then proceed to Baalbek to see its Roman remains before arriving in Beirut for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 8: Byblos - Tripoli

Visit Byblos, exploring its historic sites, then travel to Tripoli to see the citadel and souqs before returning to Beirut.

Day 9: Beirut

After breakfast, transfer to Beirut Airport for your return flight.
