Pidurangala & Hiriwadunna Private Day Trip

At 7 am, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Dambulla and head to Pidurangala, our first stop of the day. Our journey should only take 30 minutes.

Upon arrival in Pidurangala, we'll explore the monastery featuring a reclining Buddha statue at the base of the mountain. Afterward, we'll walk towards Pidurangala Rock, where you can enjoy views of Sigiriya and Lion Rock.

After taking in the scenery and tranquility of Pidurangala Rock, we will visit an area with various restaurants, providing you with free time for lunch.

Once refreshed, we’ll continue to the village of Hiriwadunna for an authentic experience. We'll travel through rice paddies in an ox-drawn cart and enjoy a boat ride on the lake.

We’ll return to your hotel in Dambulla by 5 pm.
