Leopards, bears, and many exotic species native to Sri Lanka are waiting for you in Wilpattu National Park. Prepare to enjoy a safari trip from Dambulla.
Wilpattu National Park
We will pick you up from your hotel in Dambulla and proceed to Wilpattu National Park, located in the northwest of Sri Lanka. After pickup, you will be transported in a comfortable off-road jeep to begin the safari.
During the safari, you will have the opportunity to see the Sri Lankan leopard, distinguished by its gold fur and black spots. Additionally, the safari includes sightings of the Sri Lankan sloth bear, along with interesting information about its unique biological features.
Other species such as deer, buffalo, and Asian elephants will also be observed in their natural habitat.
After a lunch break (a picnic is required), the safari concludes at the entrance to the national park at 2 pm. Following this, we will return by minibus to your hotel in Dambulla, arriving 11 hours later.
