Gdansk Historic Centre Tour
This private tour begins at the medieval Golden Gate in the historic center. We will walk along Dluga Street to Long Market, a pedestrian square originally constructed as a merchant road in the 13th century. The tour includes essential landmarks, such as the Town Hall and Neptune's Fountain, exploring the Roman God’s significance in Gdansk.
We will admire medieval architecture and learn about the city’s history, including its connections to the Nazi Party and the Free City of Danzig. The tour will also visit Artus Court, a historic meeting point for merchants, and the Amber Museum for amber artifacts. The tour concludes at St. Mary's Church, one of the largest brick churches globally.
Gdansk Jewish Heritage Tour
This tour starts with a pickup at your hotel in Gda?sk, followed by a trip to the Great Synagogue in the former Jewish ghetto on Granary Island. We will stop at the Kindertransport monument and discuss the significant Jewish Theatre in Gdansk. The tour concludes at the New Synagogue in Wrzeszcz, built in 1926, with recommendations for further exploration on your return.
World War II Tour
This tour also begins with a pickup from your hotel in Gda?sk, traveling to Westerplatte, the site of the first World War II shots on September 1, 1939. We will tour the old military post and learn about the Polish garrison's seven-day resistance. The itinerary includes a visit to the Gdansk Shipyard and the Monument to the Fallen Shipyard Workers, honoring the victims of the 1970 protests.
