Gdansk Vodka Tasting

At the time of your choice, we'll meet at a bar-restaurant located in the heart of Gdansk's historic centre. From here we'll start our vodka tour.

For 1 hour 30 minutes, we'll enjoy 6 shots of traditional vodka in different venues. We'll explore the Polish national drink, learning about popular brands and its various flavors including citrus, nut, and molasses. Vodka originated as a digestive remedy and was used in the Middle Ages for gastric ailments, available in pharmacies of the time.

During the tour, we will also have different aperitifs to pair with the vodka. Participants will hear intriguing stories, such as the vodka prohibition by Tsar Nicholas II in 1914 and its connection to gunpowder.

Finally, we'll conclude the tour in the streets of the centre of Gdansk.
