See the magnificent Jakobshorn mountain and other peaks of the Swiss Alps from a unique perspective with this fantastic paragliding flight from Davos.
Paragliding in the Swiss Alps
We will meet at the scheduled time on Brämabüelstrasse, next to Davos-Platz station. A cable car will take us to the top of the Jakobshorn mountain, which is 8500 feet above sea level.
At the summit, we will enjoy panoramic views and receive brief training for the activity. After donning harnesses, helmets, and equipment, we will begin our paragliding flight over the Swiss Alps.
A specialized instructor will accompany us throughout, with the flight lasting between 15 and 35 minutes depending on wind conditions. We will fly over the Jakobshorn mountain, part of the canton of Graubünden in eastern Switzerland, bordering Liechtenstein, Austria, and Italy. We will also observe surrounding mountains in the Swiss Alps and alpine landscapes, which vary in color with the seasons.
The activity will conclude with a parachute landing in the Bolgen field, after which we will return on foot to the original meeting point nearby.
