At the scheduled time, we'll meet in front of the Colorado Veterans Memorial in Lincoln Memorial Park to begin our guided tour of Denver.

From this central location, we'll explore the park and visit the Colorado State Capitol, learning about the founding of the city of the Great Plains.

Next, we'll head into Downtown to see the historic Brown Palace Hotel, built in the 1890s, known as a meeting place for elite classes. We'll also discuss gambling and speakeasies in the area.

Our next stop is Lower Downtown (LoDo), where we'll see some of the most outstanding contemporary art in the city.

Finally, we'll arrive at Union Square, the city's emblematic train station, where we'll conclude our guided tour after two hours of exploring Denver.
