Join us on a 2-day trip to the Sahara Desert departing from Djerba. You will visit Douz, Jebil Park, and more in Tunisia.

2 Day Desert Sahara Trip

Day 1: Djerba – Douz – Sahara

Get ready to experience the Sahara desert. We will pick you up from your hotel in Djerba at 9 am and set off in an all-terrain jeep. As we cross through Jebil National Park, we will see wildlife such as gazelles, foxes, and oryx in their natural habitat.

We will stop near Douz to visit a Bedouin camp. You will share a traditional lunch comprising four local dishes and mint tea. In the afternoon, we will admire flacons in flight as the sun sets over the dunes.

This day concludes at a luxury camp of haimas tents, where dinner will be served under the starry sky.

Day 2: Sahara – Douz – Djerba

We will have breakfast in the haima camp while watching the sunrise over the Sahara. After breakfast, we will explore other areas of Douz.

We will return to Djerba and drop you at your hotel around 2 pm.

Accommodation

You will spend one night in the Sahara desert at the Saharansky Luxury Camp. This campsite has a dozen luxury tents (haimas) equipped with a double bed and fireplace, along with shared bathrooms that include showers and toilets.
