2 Day Desert Sahara Trip

Day 1: Djerba – Douz – Sahara

Experience the Sahara desert with a pickup from your Djerba hotel at 9 am in an all-terrain jeep. We will traverse the arid landscapes of Jebil National Park, spotting exotic wildlife such as gazelles and oryx antelopes. A stop in the desert town of Douz includes a visit to a Bedouin camp for a traditional lunch featuring four local dishes and mint tea. In the afternoon, enjoy the view of the sunset tinting the dunes while observing flying falcons. The day concludes at a luxury camp of haimas tents, where dinner will be served under the starry sky.

Day 2: Sahara – Douz – Djerba

Breakfast in the haima camp will be accompanied by a sunrise view over the Sahara. Afterwards, we will explore additional areas of Douz. The trip concludes with a return to Djerba, dropping off at your hotel around 2 pm.

Accommodation

One night will be spent at Saharansky Luxury Camp, featuring luxury haimas equipped with a double bed and fireplace, accompanied by shared bathrooms with showers and toilets.
