On this private helicopter excursion to Martín García Island from San Fernando, we will fly over the Uruguay and La Plata rivers to reach a natural oasis full of history.

Martín García Island Private Helicopter Excursion

At the appointed time, we will meet at the Helinorth Helicopter Port to board the helicopter for our journey to Martín García Island. After a 25-minute flight over the confluence of the Uruguay River and Río de la Plata, we will arrive at Martín García Island, designated as a protected natural reserve in 1998. The aerial views of the island’s lush vegetation will be remarkable.

Upon landing, you will have two hours of free time to explore Martín García Island. Notable sites include the former prison of Argentine presidents Hipólito Yrigoyen, Juan Domingo Perón, and Arturo Frondizi, the open-air labyrinth, the General Urquiza theater, and the old bakery. For dining, you can enjoy local cuisine at the oldest restaurant on the island. After the exploration, we will reconvene for our return flight, concluding the excursion after approximately 3 hours of activity.
