Join us as we uncover the essence of Basque culture! We'll convene at 2 Bengoetxea Street at the scheduled time to depart from San Sebastián en route to Albaola, a museum dedicated to the preservation of Basque maritime history.

Upon our arrival at the Albaola Maritime Culture Factory, we will plunge into the mysteries of the Cantabrian Sea to gain insights into the historic Basque maritime industry. The visit will showcase the craftsmanship involved in building historical ships, including the renowned "San Juan" whaler, which hails from the 16th century and serves as a prime example of the initial transoceanic cargo vessels that journeyed from the Basque Country to Newfoundland.

Once we have thoroughly explored this distinctive museum, we will proceed to a traditional Basque cider house, where a guided tour will reveal the processes behind one of northern Spain's treasured beverages.
