Discover the fishing tradition of the Basque Country with this excursion to three of its top seafaring towns. See the colorful streets of Hondarribia and take a boat from San Juan to San Pedro to explore its most special corners.

Hondarribia, San Juan & San Pedro Tour

We'll meet at the San Sebastián Bus Station to head to Hondarribia, a fishing village in northeast Guipúzcoa. During our walk, we'll admire the façades of San Nikolas Kalea, pass through the Puerta de Santa María de Atea in the historic center, and see the sculpture of "Hatxero". We will also visit the Town Hall, Casadevante Palace, and Zuloaga Palace.

Next, we will travel to San Juan, at the foot of Mount Jaizkibel. We will stroll along the old pier and view the fishermen's houses. We will also see some of the palaces and churches of the town and have the option to visit a typical 17th-century house where French poet Victor Hugo stayed in 1843.

In San Juan, we will take a fishing boat across the bay to San Pedro. There, we will explore La Torre, the ruins of a defensive fortress, and walk through the cobblestone streets of the old town overlooking the sea.

Finally, after a 4-hour excursion, we will return to San Sebastián.
