Al Bidya Mosque & Fujairah Fort Trip

Pickup from your hotels in Dubai is scheduled between 8:30 and 9 am, followed by an hour's journey to the Friday Market near Masafi. On the way, enjoy views of the mountains and agricultural areas of Al Dhaid. At the market, explore stalls full of fruits, vegetables, carpets, and toys.

After the market visit, head to the Sheikh Zayed Mosque in Fujairah, the second largest mosque in the UAE, accommodating up to 28,000 worshippers. Afterward, visit Fujairah Fort, built in 1670, the oldest fort in the country and a significant defensive structure. Learn about its history and the traditional Emirati way of life showcased in the restored houses nearby.

Next, cross Khor Fakan, admiring its waterfall until reaching Al Bidya Mosque, built in 1446. This mosque is the oldest still standing today. The tour also includes a visit to an ancient Roman theater before returning to Fujairah for a lunch break of two and a half hours. You will arrive back at your hotels between 4:30 and 5 pm.

Lunch

If you book this excursion with lunch, enjoy a buffet lunch at a hotel with a private beach, including water and soft drinks. The option without lunch allows time for a meal at your choice of restaurant in Fujairah.
