Description
Located by St Stephen's Green, the Museum of Literature Ireland (MoLI) was established through collaboration between University College Dublin and the National Library of Ireland. The museum occupies two Georgian houses and the Victorian assembly hall of the former university, offering a comprehensive exploration of the country’s literary history.
Visitors can experience immersive multimedia exhibitions highlighting Irish literary figures and the evolution of Ireland's literary culture from medieval storytelling to contemporary authors. The museum also displays valuable items from the National Library of Ireland, including the first publication of Ulysses by James Joyce, a significant work in Irish literature.

The Museum of Literature Ireland is open Tuesday - Sunday, from 10:30 am to 5:30 pm. Please be aware that these hours may change.
