Dunedin is known as the best-preserved Victorian city in the Southern Hemisphere, located in Otago Bay.
Our first stop will be at the Octagon, a bustling area in the city. Next, we will visit Baldwin Street, recognized as the steepest street in the world. After this, we’ll proceed to Signal Hill lookout for panoramic views of Dunedin and Otago Bay.
We will then head to the Botanic Gardens, where you'll have 20 minutes of free time to explore the plant life. Following this, our tour will take us to the Northern Cemetery to learn about Thomas Bracken, a significant figure in Dunedin's history.
Finally, we will return to the city center to visit architectural landmarks, including the University, Otago Church, and the Dunedin Railway Station, built in the early 1900s, notable for its Flemish Renaissance style and porcelain mosaic floor.
