Durango Guided Tour + Mining Tunnel Museum
After hotel pickup, we'll visit the Plaza de Armas and see the Durango Cathedral, a baroque religious building. We'll then visit the Museum of Sacred Art to learn about the Christianisation during the colonial era and the mysteries of faith in this region.
Next, we'll go to the Mining Tunnel Museum to explore various tools, such as hydraulic hammers and minerals like quartz and hematite. We'll discuss the Holy Inquisition in Plazuela Baca Ortiz and unveil the secrets of Calle de los Ahorcados.
Lastly, we'll admire the façade of the Conde del Valle de Súchil Palace.
