Join the Durango Wild West Tour to explore authentic film sets and scenic filming locations from the Wild West genre. Pickup is available from your hotel in Durango.

The tour starts at the Peña del Águila reservoir, surrounded by eucalyptus forests and candelilla bushes. Approximately 20 minutes from the reservoir, visit La Joya ranch, formerly owned by John Wayne, known for films like The Sons of Katie Elder and the Texas Rising series.

Next, the tour proceeds to the village of San Vicente de Chupaderos, where participants can explore the streets, the old saloon, the sheriff's office, the gallows, and the cemetery. Familiar sights include locations from the film White Feather.

The tour continues at the Villas del Oeste Theme Park, a site for over 150 national and international productions in the 60s and 70s. Here, visitors will see the jail, the saloon, and enjoy entertainment such as a cancan dancer show and a duel.

The entire experience lasts approximately 5.5 hours, concluding with return to your hotel in Durango.
