Bus Lines
You can choose from 3 ticket types based on your desired exploration time and routes.
The 24-hour ticket provides access to the red line, suitable for an overview of top attractions.
The 48-hour ticket offers access to both the red and blue lines.
Red line: Runs through the Old Town and Georgian New Town, covering sights like the Castle, Holyroodhouse, and the Scottish Parliament. From May 26 to October 26, it operates daily from 9 am to 6:20 pm, every 10 to 20 minutes. From October 27 to May 25, departures are from 9 am to 4 pm, every 15 minutes. The route lasts 1 hour and 10 minutes.Blue line: Passes through the north of Edinburgh, ideal for visiting the Royal Yacht Britannia, Royal Botanic Gardens, and Robert Burns Monument. It takes approximately 55 minutes, with hourly departures between 9:05 am and 6:05 pm.

How It Works
Your ticket is valid for 24 or 48 consecutive hours from first use. You can hop on and off as many times as you like at any stop. A start date is needed at booking, but you can use the service within 2 weeks of the indicated date.
