Glaciarium Ticket
Thinking about visiting the Los Glaciares National Park? Before you do, you should visit the Glaciarium, a place where you can find out all about the origins of Patagonian glaciers. Discover it all at the Glacier Interpretation Centre!
Why Visit the Glaciarium?
Visiting the Glaciarium is a way to learn about the origins of Patagonian glaciers. You'll explore two halls with information about Patagonian ice, listen to the sound of melting ice, view photographs of glaciers by various photographers, and interact with screens that showcase the problems caused by climate change. Additionally, you can experience a flyover of the glaciers in the Glaciarium cinema, where the film lasts about two hours but can be watched for as long as you prefer.
Your ticket includes a transfer service from El Calafate to the Glaciarium, departing from the Secretaría de Turismo office at the Municipal Parking Lot on Calle Primero de Mayo (next to Avenida del Libertador San Martín).
Opening Times
The Glaciarium is open every day from 12 pm to 7 pm.
