Have you ever been to a bar made of ice? El Calafate's Yeti Ice Bar offers an original experience in a freezing, but pleasing atmosphere – you'll feel like you're in a real igloo!

Yeti Ice Bar

Brave the cold for a unique experience in El Calafate's first ice bar, the Yeti Ice Bar. Upon arrival, you will enter the first room, the Warm Bar, with a polar-themed decoration. Moving to the next room, the temperature will drop to 5 degrees. Here, a member of the Ice Bar team will provide you with layers and gloves for protection against the cold. You're then ready to venture into the Yeti cave.

In the cave, at minus 10 degrees, the entire environment is made of ice. Guests can spend 25 minutes taking pictures next to the Yeti sculpture and enjoy a drink (with general admission) or an open bar (with Open Bar admission) featuring vodka and other local liqueurs. The experience includes juggling acts and music. After the cave, you can remain in the Warm Bar for as long as you wish, enjoying a variety of cocktails and sushi.

Opening Times

The Ice Bar is open Monday to Sunday, from 4:30 pm to midnight, including the Warm Bar.

Children

Minors can access the Ice Bar, but alcoholic beverages will not be served to them.
