Mount Fitz Roy 2 Day Hike

Day 1: El Chaltén - Poincenot

Meet at Avenida San Martín in El Chaltén at the designated time to board a minibus to El Pilar, where you'll begin a self-guided trekking route through Mount Fitz Roy.

Walk for approximately an hour to reach the Piedras Blancas Glacier viewpoint for views. Continue towards the Río Blanco river and ascend to Laguna de los Tres. After about two hours, you will reach your destination.

After resting, head to the campsite for dinner and overnight stay. Congratulations on completing the first stage!

Day 2: Poincenot - El Chaltén

Begin your day with breakfast at the base camp before starting your return to El Chaltén. Arrival is expected by 5 pm.

Accommodation

This hike includes 1 night's accommodation in double tents at Poincenot Camp. Dinner is provided on the first day and breakfast on the second. An option for lunch can be booked for each day.

Not-Included Tickets

This activity does not include admission to the northern area of Los Glaciares National Park in El Chaltén. Instructions for purchasing these tickets will be provided on your voucher.
