Fuerte River Raft Ride

Tour Details

At the indicated time, we'll pick you up from Hotel Posada del Hidalgo and head towards the Fuerte River in a minibus for a rafting trip.

After a short trip, we’ll arrive at the river banks and board a raft for a 1 hour and 45-minute trip. As we sail, we'll discuss characteristics of the river basin that runs through Chihuahua and Sinaloa, and you will see local wildlife, possibly including the beaded lizard which can grow up to 30 centimeters (11.8 inches).

During the tour, we will stop to walk to some notable petroglyphs left by various Nahuas communities. We will explore the enigma of the image of the mask.

After this, we will return to the starting point and take you back to the hotel, with an expected arrival time of 2 hours after pickup.
