Casa La Resistencia Guided Tour

Tour Details

We will meet at the Mirador Oficial del Volcán Tajogaite at the designated time to start our walk towards Casa La Resistencia. This journey involves a 1.5-kilometre (0.93-mile) trek where we will explore a landscape transformed by nature and learn about the history of a house that survived the September 2021 eruption.

During the trek, we will discuss the experiences of the local residents during the eruption and the determination of the affected community. Upon our arrival, we will explore the house that has become a symbol of resistance and hope.

After the exploration, we will return to our starting point and conclude the tour after a total duration of 2 to 2.5 hours.
