Our journey commences at the designated time at the main entrance of the Pago de La Jaraba estate, where a guided exploration of the property awaits.

We will kick off with an overview regarding the history and origins of La Jaraba, proceeding to stroll through the vineyards surrounding Villarrobledo. A pause will be made to admire a traditional La Mancha mill before we venture into the olive grove.

Following this, a visit to the livestock section will allow us to observe the Manchego sheep, renowned for their high-quality milk essential for creating a variety of dairy products. This will lead us to the La Jaraba cheese factory, where the production of their Manchego cheeses can be witnessed first-hand.

The subsequent highlight will be at the oil mill, where we will discover the process of crafting olive oil, a cornerstone of Mediterranean cuisine.
