Monje Winery Guided Tour & Wine Tasting

At your chosen time, meet at the Monje Winery in Northern Tenerife. Begin the experience with a 45-minute guided tour of the vineyards where you will learn about the wine-making process. Founded in 1956, Monje Winery features a barrel room and various grape varieties. Clear days offer views of El Teide and the Atlantic Ocean.

Post-tour, proceed to the tasting room for a selection of Canarian wines and cheeses. During the tasting, you will learn to identify the different notes and aromas of the wines, which are made from grapes grown in volcanic soil.

The wine tasting includes four glasses: one white and three reds. Additionally, you will sample fresh, smoked, semi-cured, and cured white cheeses from Tenerife, La Palma, Fuerteventura, and Gran Canaria.

The total duration of the experience is 1 hour and 30 minutes, concluding outside the winery.
