Join the Monje Winery Guided Tour & Wine Tasting to experience Canarian wines and cheeses. The tour includes a visit to the vineyards in El Sauzal, showcasing Northern Tenerife's coastal views.

Meet at the Monje Winery, a prominent winery in Northern Tenerife, at your selected time. The tour begins with a 45-minute exploration of the winery, founded in 1956, where you will learn about winemaking processes. The visit covers the barrel room and various grape varieties, along with the history of the Monje family. On clear days, you can see views of El Teide and the Atlantic Ocean.

Following the guided tour, proceed to the tasting room for a sampling of Canarian wines and cheeses. During the tasting, you will discover how to identify different notes and aromas in the wines, which are produced from grapes cultivated in volcanic soil.

The wine tasting includes four glasses of wine: one white and three reds, complemented by an assortment of fresh, smoked, semi-cured and cured white cheese from Tenerife, La Palma, Fuerteventura, and Gran Canaria.

The total duration of the tour and tasting is 1 hour and 30 minutes, after which you will conclude your experience outside the winery.
