Riding a camel in El Tanque is an exciting experience in northern Tenerife.
El Tanque Camel Ride Tour
At the scheduled time, we will meet at the Camel Center in El Tanque, northern Tenerife. Participants will receive assistance to get on the camel saddles along with an explanation of safety measures.
When ready, the camels will rise, and we will begin a tour through the natural area of El Tanque.
This camel ride will traverse protected natural areas featuring native vegetation of the highlands. Participants will observe broad potato crops, cereal or grape plantations, and native animal species of the archipelago, including the Canary Island goat and pelibuey sheep.
After a half-hour camel ride, we will conclude the activity and bid farewell to the camels.
