At the indicated time we'll meet at the Monumental Flag in the port of Ensenada to start this gastronomic bike tour through this city of Baja California. After safety instructions, we will proceed with our ride.

Our first stop will be at the taco stand Ramses, where you can enjoy their tacos and natural lemon water with mint.

We will continue to a second location known for Michoacán-style carnitas tacos, featuring the specialty pulled pork called carnitas macizas with pressed pork chicharrón.

Afterwards, we will visit a highly-regarded taco spot famous for shrimp or fish tacos that are noted for their exceptional flavor.

If time allows, we’ll make one last stop for delicious brown or white clam tostada.

To conclude, we will relax in a beautiful square where you can enjoy a speciality coffee, choosing from an espresso, a dirty chai, or a latte.
