Ensenada Wine & Cheese Tasting

We'll pick you up from your hotel at the indicated time and head to Valle de Ojos Negros until we reach Cava de Marcelo.

We'll start our activity at Infinito Winery, located at 1,640 feet (500 metres) above sea level. Here, you can tour the facilities, explore the vineyard, and taste some wine on your own.

Next, enjoy incredible views as we continue to Cava Marcelo, the main producer of artisan cheese in Baja California, with a history of over 100 years. During the visit, we'll learn about the business while observing the rural landscape.

We'll stop to enjoy a delicious cheese tasting complemented by great wine, with both products made on-site. Sample various types of Ramonetti cheeses and learn to differentiate their unique flavors.

After the tasting, we'll go to La Casa Marcelo, the ranch's restaurant, for a lunch featuring organic products from Valle de Ojos Negros and Guadalupe.

The tour concludes with a return to your hotel after 7 hours of activity.
