We'll pick you up from your hotel at the indicated time and head to Valle de Ojos Negros until we reach Cava de Marcelo. At 1,640 feet (500 metres) above sea level, visit Infinito Winery to tour the facilities, explore the vineyard, and taste some wine on your own.

On our way to Cava Marcelo, enjoy stunning views of the rural landscape, where the deep green tones of the vineyards mix with grazing dairy cows. Learn about Cava Marcelo, the main producer of artisan cheese in Baja California, which has been in operation for over 100 years.

During the visit, we'll stop for a delicious cheese tasting complemented by wine, both produced in-house. Sample various Ramonetti cheeses and discover the subtle differences between these products.

After the tasting, enjoy lunch at La Casa Marcelo, featuring organic products from Valle de Ojos Negros and Guadalupe. The tour concludes with drop-off at your hotel after 7 hours of activity.

Opening times and availability may vary. If the Infinito winery is closed, the tour will include a visit to the Santo Tomás winery in Ensenada.
